From a WhatsApp group to a list that runs itself
At many venues the list is a message forwarded a thousand times: misspelt names, people who say they're on it and aren't, and a doorman deciding by eye. At the end of the night nobody knows how many people each promoter brought.
In Servomo each list is a link. Whoever signs up leaves their name, gets their ticket with a QR and shows up on the list with their plus-ones. You see live who's signed up and whether they've already come in.
Free list with a cut-off time and plus-ones
The free list is handled just like a paid ticket: it has its cut-off time, each guest brings their plus-ones and their QR is scanned at the door. A list entry can't be used twice.
Time slots with a price and a minimum age
Free until 2am and €10 after: the list says so, not the doorman. Each list has its access slots with their price and minimum age, and the hours count from when you open, so a night that crosses midnight still shows real times.
Two slots can't overlap, so at the door there are never two valid prices at once.
One list per promoter, and you know who brings whom
Each promoter has their own list and sales link. Everyone who comes in through it is credited to that promoter, who sees it on their own dashboard without asking you.
If you want to limit how many each one adds, you give them a list quota for that night: once it runs out, they can't add anyone else.
At the door, just like a ticket
The doorman scans the QR with their phone and sees the name and the list. If someone tries to get in again with the same one, it shows red. And anyone you've banned can't just sign up under another name: the ban goes by their email or ID.
What the free list costs
Each month, 100 free-list places cost nothing, plus 1 more for every €20 your venue sells online that month. Beyond that you can buy a pack (€50 for 151 places, and they don't expire) or, without a pack, each extra free place carries a €0.3 + VAT issue fee paid by the guest.
No monthly fee: 4 % + VAT of each ticket sold with no contract, down to 2 % with a 4-year contract.
Frequently asked questions
Can I have several lists on the same night?
Yes. Each list has its own slots with their price, minimum age and cut-off time, and each promoter has their own link.
Does the guest have to download an app?
No. They sign up from the link and get their ticket with the QR; if they like, they save it to their phone's wallet.
What happens if someone arrives after the list's cut-off?
The slot for that time applies, with its price. The list you set up decides, not the doorman.
