The door with just a phone

Your team scans with their own phones: no readers to buy. A used ticket can't be reused, and if someone shares it as a screenshot, the second time it shows red.

If someone is in the wrong queue, it shows amber with the right gate and the ticket isn't used up: someone in the wrong line isn't someone trying to sneak in.

Several scanners, each with its gate

Give your team door access by email, for that night or every night, limited to the gates they check and the ticket types they handle: the VIP line doesn't check a general ticket. And you remove it whenever you like.

Capacity, in real time

You know how many people are inside and how many tickets of each type are left, updated with every scan. No counting heads, no calling the door. And if the signal drops, the door keeps working.

Security: bans and incidents

Whoever you threw out doesn't get back in. The ban goes by their email, ID or membership card, so it doesn't depend on how they spell their name: they can't buy again, the box office rejects them and, if they already had a ticket, the scanner won't let them through.

Every attempt to get in with a used, cancelled or wrong-night ticket is logged automatically, and incidents (fights, thefts, banned items, ejections) are recorded with their area and severity for the next shift.

A name on every ticket

Whoever buys several can put a name on each, and the scanner shows that name and who bought it. If someone passes their ticket on, the old one stops working: no two people in the queue with the same ticket. And the ticket goes in the phone's wallet, so nobody digs through their email with twenty people behind them.
