The software that fills your venue and runs the door
Online tickets, QR at the door, real-time capacity, guest lists, promoters, VIP tables, box office and CRM. All in one tool. You can start with no fee, paying only 3% of what you sell, or move to a flat fee with 2% per ticket that goes down to 1% depending on how many years you sign.
Built for the day-to-day of a nightclub
Online ticket sales
Fill the venue before the doors open
Sell tickets at scale from your event page: advance tickets, door tickets, tickets with a drink included or by time slot. Online payment by card, Google Pay and Bizum, with instant confirmation.
QR access control
Keep the queue moving without a paper list
Every ticket carries its own unique QR code. At the door it's scanned with a phone (no hardware) and validated instantly; a used ticket can't be reused. Several scanners at once for fast queues, and each one can be limited to the ticket types it should handle: the VIP door scanner won't accept a general ticket.
Real-time capacity
Know how many people are inside without guessing
Track the event's capacity in real time: how many tickets have been sold, how many people have come in and how many spots are left, updated with every scan at the door.
Ideal for: Nightclubs, concert venues, clubs and event and festival organisers.
And on top of that, all of this
The door
Guest lists and free lists
Lists stop being a WhatsApp group
Manage guest lists and free lists with a cut-off time: who is on the list, with how many plus-ones and whether they've already come in. The free list is checked just like a paid ticket.
Lists with time slots and age limits
Free until 2am, €10 after: the list decides, not the doorman
Each list has its own entry slots with their price and minimum age. Times are counted from opening, so a night that crosses midnight still shows real times, and two slots can't overlap: at the door there are never two valid prices at once.
Security and incident control
What happens at the door is on record
Log what happens at the door and inside the venue: fights, thefts, banned items or ejections, with who, when and in which area. Rejected entries are logged automatically (a ticket already used, from another night or cancelled) and classified by severity, so the security team and the next shifts have it at hand.
Entry bans
Whoever you threw out doesn't get back in
You don't open the door again to someone you've thrown out. The ban is set on their email, ID or membership card, so it doesn't depend on how they spell their name: they can't buy a ticket again, the box office rejects them and, if they already had one, the scanner won't let them in. With its reason, its end date (or indefinite) and in the venue's history, so it doesn't depend on the doorman remembering.
The ticket, in the phone wallet
Nobody searching their email with the queue waiting
Your customer saves the ticket to Apple Wallet in one tap, with the QR inside. It's also attached to the email, so they can add it without visiting any website. At the door they take it out of their wallet instead of digging through their inbox with twenty people behind them, and they have it even if their phone runs out of data.
The door keeps working with no signal
A basement with no wifi stops being a problem
Whatever you last looked up is saved on the phone, so you can see bookings and show codes even with no network. It tells you how old the copy is, so you know whether anything might have changed: old data passing itself off as current is worse than having none.
Box office and till
Close the till without reconciling tickets by hand
Sell at the door from the box office (cash or card), with a till per event and a count at closing. The box office stays available for past events until you close the till.
Bar and cloakroom with the QR
The included drink no longer depends on the bartender's memory
The bartender scans the ticket and instantly sees what that booking still has to redeem: the drink included in the ticket and the drink extras they bought. One tap per drink, two taps for two, and they see how many are left BEFORE serving. The cloakroom works the same with its tickets, on its own screen. Every redemption is signed with who served it and when, so the bar till adds up without relying on a wristband or a stamp.
Venue roles
Share out the event work by email without giving access to your business: box office (sells at the door), door (scans and validates tickets), bar, cloakroom and promoters get their own panel with their email and only see their part. The door is handed out from the night itself, limited to that night or to all of them, to the gates they validate and to the ticket types that are theirs: the VIP queue one does not validate a general ticket. And you take it away whenever you want.
Pricing
Stop sales instantly
A switch, not unpublishing the night
When you need to stop (capacity filled through another channel, a problem with the venue, a wrong price), you cut online sales for one night or all of them at once, with the reason shown to anyone trying to buy. Sales through your promoters' links are cut too. Nothing is cancelled: tickets already sold remain valid, and the box office and your promoters can still record what they take in cash.
Price tiers
Early bird, second release and door price, without touching anything on the night
Each ticket type can have several price tiers: €10 for the first 100, then €15 until 11pm and €20 at the door. When a tier sells out or its time passes, the next one kicks in automatically. You can add booking fees up to your own cap, which is your fee per ticket including VAT: 3.63% with no monthly fee and 2.42% with a fee, going down with the years you sign. On the same screen you see what the customer pays and what you keep.
Downloadable PDF ticket
For people who pay cash and don't give their email
Each ticket has its own link with the QR, and from there it downloads as a PDF. The promoter sends it by WhatsApp from their own phone to the person who has just paid them in cash: they don't need to give an email to get their ticket.
Sales and promotion
Promoters
Know which promoter brings people and which doesn't
Give each promoter their own sales and guest-list link. They see their sales without needing an account and every ticket is credited to the promoter who brought it, with per-event discounts if you want.
Promoter dashboard and outreach
Each promoter has their own dashboard and doesn't need to ask you anything
Each promoter logs in with their email to their own dashboard: they see who they've brought, sell tickets in cash at the pre-party meet-up (deducting real capacity) and record the money they receive. And they can message all their people at once, offering several places and times to meet; each person taps the one that suits them and the promoter instantly sees who's coming and who isn't. Once they've chosen, the promoter can message only the people at one specific time: a change of place or an "I'm leaving in ten minutes" that reaches the people it affects, not the whole list, and without repeating it to those who already have their ticket in hand.
Promoter allocations
Each one sells their own share and knows how much is left
Split among your promoters what they can sell for each night and how much: limited tickets with their own price, guest lists or private areas. In their dashboard they see the number they have left, and when they run out they can no longer sell: you don't have to trust them to keep count.
Tickets reserved for your promoters
What they sell in cash doesn't compete with what you sell
Mark a ticket type as limited and it no longer appears on the night's page: nobody can buy it online, only your promoters sell it in cash from their dashboard, with a separate allocation. Each promoter sees two different things, separated by colour: in orange their own, from that allocation, and in green the regular online ones, which they can also share with their link and are credited to them all the same. If the online ones sell out, theirs are still there, and vice versa.
Take back what your promoters haven't sold
In the last stretch, what they're holding goes back to your capacity
Tickets allocated to a promoter are theirs until the end, but when the last stretch comes you can take back everything unsold in one go and return it to public capacity, and stop limited sales. Whatever each one has already sold is respected, so nobody is left with a paid ticket that stops being valid.
How many spots are left, and whose they are
The public sees the free ones; you also see the allocated ones
In the night's dashboard you have the breakdown: how many are left for the public link, how many are in your promoters' hands and how many in total. That's what you need to decide how much capacity to open. The public page only shows the ones that can be bought there, so nobody sees 400 available and finds out they aren't.
Promoter settlements
On Monday you know who owes whom, without working it out from memory
Two separate balances for each promoter: what they owe you from the cash they collected and what you owe them in commission. You record what each one hands over and anything outstanding carries over to the next week. You can set a different percentage for what's sold through their link and for what's collected in cash, and decide whether they can see that percentage.
Promoter teams with a team leader
The team leader builds their team from their phone
Organise your promoters into teams. Each team leader signs up their people from their phone (they send a link by WhatsApp and logging in is all it takes) and sees how each one is doing: people brought, tickets already handed out and cash collected. You don't have to manage sign-ups one by one, and revoking access is still yours alone.
Extras and promo codes
Sell drinks and cloakroom before the night begins
Add extras to the ticket (a drink, cloakroom…) and create promo codes with a percentage or fixed discount for campaigns and collaborations.
Safe ticket resale
People who can't come don't leave you an empty spot
Let people who can't make it resell their ticket to another customer in a controlled way, with a percentage for the venue. The original ticket is voided and a new valid one is issued, with no fraud.
Your venue and your customers
VIP tables and private areas
Private areas fill up with the deposit already paid
Publish your VIP zones and private areas with capacity, minimum spend and a deposit per table. The customer books and pays the deposit online; you see which tables are still free. VIP tables pay no commission.
Venue reports
Not how one night went: how the venue is doing
Your nights compared, not one by one: monthly trends with attendance, money and average spend; which format works best with all your Thursdays together rather than as four separate events; how far in advance people buy (if 70% come in on the day itself, bringing the campaign forward won't help and what needs strengthening is the box office); how many were first-timers; and where the money comes in versus where the people come in, which isn't the same when the list is a third of capacity. It only counts nights that have already happened: one that hasn't happened yet has only sold part and would drag the average down.
CRM and nightlife marketing
Last night's crowd fills the next night
Every sale feeds your customer base, with their consent. Send email campaigns to people who went to an event to fill the next one: your own marketing, no middlemen.
Events with capacity limits
You sell until it's full and not one ticket more
Create events with a date and limited places: people sign up until capacity is reached, with no overbooking and no paper lists.
Shareable event page
One link and you're already selling on social media
Every event has its own page with a photo, details and a 3-step sign-up, ready to share on social media or WhatsApp.
What's new
Scheduled campaigns with results
In batches, on the day and at the time you choose
Write the campaign once and it goes out by itself in batches on the day and at the time you set, without burning your email address. Then you see person by person who received it, who clicked the link and who ended up buying.
A link for every place you advertise
Your website, a poster, Instagram: each with its own numbers
Create a link for each promotional action, with its day and time, and see how many people come in through it, how long they stay, how many start to buy, how many drop off at payment and how many buy. So you know which ad fills the room and which doesn't.
Every buyer invites their friends
With their own link, and you see who brought whom
Below their purchase, each person gets their own link to share with friends and family, with the text you choose. They see how many came in and bought through theirs, and you see the list of who brought whom.
Your logo on every ticket
Your customer recognises your brand at the door
The PDF ticket and the phone wallet pass carry your business's logo next to Servomo's, with the date on its own line so it reads well at the door.
A reminder that the event is starting
Fewer people forgetting they had a ticket
An hour before, ticket holders get a notification on their phone. It reaches the people who signed up weeks ago and had forgotten.

The alternative that doesn't live off your box office
Unlike platforms such as FourVenues, Fever, Shotgun or Xceed, which take a high percentage of every ticket, with Servomo you start with no fee for 3% of what you sell, or move to a flat fee with 2% per ticket sold that goes down to 1% with a contract. And 0% on VIP tables. The rest of the box office stays with the venue. Plus your event page, your CRM and your customer data are yours, to fill the next night with your own marketing.
Frequently asked questions
Can I use Servomo to sell nightclub tickets?
Yes. Servomo lets nightclubs and venues sell tickets online, with different ticket types, extras, promo codes and payment by card, Google Pay and Bizum.
How does QR access control work?
Each ticket includes a unique QR code that's scanned with a phone at the door. Once validated it's marked as used and updates capacity in real time. No special hardware is needed.
Can I manage guest lists and free lists?
Yes. Servomo manages guest lists and free lists with a cut-off time, plus-ones and access control at the door, just like a paid ticket.
What commission does Servomo charge per ticket?
Servomo works with a flat fee and only 1% commission per ticket sold, paid by the venue. VIP tables and private areas pay no commission, and neither do free lists. It's a much cheaper alternative to platforms such as FourVenues, Fever, Shotgun or Xceed.
How much does Servomo cost for a nightclub?
The price depends on the average attendance of your nights: €99/month for venues of 100 to 300 people, €120/month for 300 to 600 and €150/month from 600, always excluding VAT and with TicketBAI included. The price of the year you sign up is frozen.
Is the agreement monthly or by season?
By season. A venue doesn't live in calendar months: it's programmed, opens and closes as a block, so the agreement is 12 months counted from the month YOU open yours. You tell us which it is (a city venue usually starts in August or September, and a summer spot like Ibiza in May) and the season is counted from there. There's no imposed calendar: you set the starting month.
What if I sign up with the season already under way?
It adapts. You only pay for the months left until the end of your season, not twelve from the day you sign up: if you open in September and join in January, you pay eight. From then on it goes by full seasons, so your renewal always falls while the venue is closed and not in the middle of your programme.
Does Servomo come to set it up at the venue?
Yes. Before we meet we set up a trial venue with an event, lists, VIP tables and ticketing (demo setup, €60), and you can ask for a 20-30 minute explanatory video call for €40. The in-person setup at the venue is €120: about 3 hours with travel included, an explanation of every module (access and QR, capacity, lists by promoter, ticketing, VIP tables, security, statistics and TicketBAI) and configuration tested live.
Does Servomo help with the venue's security?
Yes. You can log incidents (fights, thefts, banned items, ejections) with their area, severity and who reported them, and ban a person from entry with an end date or indefinitely. Plus, every attempt to get in with a used, cancelled or other-night ticket is logged automatically, without anyone having to write it down.
Can I manage promoters, the box office and VIP tables?
Yes. Each promoter has their own sales link with attribution, there's a box office with a till for door sales, and you can publish VIP tables and private areas with minimum spend and a deposit.
