Sell tickets online and get paid into your terminal, not the platform's

With Servomo, the money from every ticket goes into your own bank's virtual card terminal (Redsys), by card or Bizum, like any other card sale: there's no payout to wait for, because Servomo never touches the funds. Servomo invoices its percentage separately: 4 % + VAT with no contract, down to 2 % with a 4-year contract, and no monthly fee.

What changes when you're paid into your own terminal

With a traditional ticketing platform, the buyer pays the platform and it pays you out later, on its schedule and with its cut already taken. Until then, that money isn't yours.

With Servomo the payment goes straight from the buyer to your terminal, in your name. You see it at your bank like any other sale, and Servomo invoices its percentage separately, every Monday for the previous week.

What you need

A virtual card terminal from your bank (Redsys, which almost every bank in Spain offers). You connect it from the dashboard with its details and, if you like, we set it up for you. Bizum runs through the same terminal if your bank has it switched on, and Apple Pay and Google Pay if your bank enables them.

You decide the booking fee

If you want to add a booking fee for the buyer, you set it per ticket type, up to 10 % of the price. On the same screen you see what the customer pays and what you keep.

An invoice for every sale, included

Every ticket sold comes with its legal invoice: TicketBAI in Bizkaia, Gipuzkoa and Álava and VERI*FACTU in the rest of Spain (not yet in Navarre).

What it costs

No monthly fee: 4 % + VAT of each ticket sold with no contract, down to 2 % with a 4-year contract.

Nothing up front: a night with no sales costs you nothing. From a one-year contract, the custom Premium website, the VIP table map and the setup are included.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a virtual card terminal?

Yes, your bank's (Redsys). If you don't have one, you request it from your bank, and we help you connect it.

When do I get the money?

When your bank credits your terminal's card sales, like any other sale. Servomo holds nothing back.

When is Servomo's fee charged?

Every Monday, for the tickets sold the previous week, with its invoice. If it's under €3, it's added to the following week.

Can I take Bizum?

Yes, if your bank has Bizum switched on for the terminal. It goes through the same terminal as cards.
