With Servomo you ask for a deposit at booking, as a percentage or a fixed amount, and you can ask only those who've already let you down: Servomo remembers no-shows. On the basic plan the deposit is requested by Bizum and you confirm it's arrived; on the Plus plan it's taken automatically at booking, by card or Bizum, into your business's terminal.
Only from those who've let you down
Servomo remembers no-shows: the ones they've done to you and the ones that person has left at any other Servomo business. You decide after how many no-shows a deposit is required, so whoever never misses books without paying a cent.
VIP list: your regulars, no deposit
Mark as VIP whoever has earned it and they'll book without a deposit even if you ask everyone else. And you decide what happens if a VIP stands you up: keep them deposit-free, ask them for a deposit or remove them from the list.
What happens if they cancel late
You set the cancellation window. If they let you know within it, their deposit shows up in your till with their name and amount, so you don't forget to refund it. If they let you know late or don't turn up, the appointment is marked as a no-show and frees the slot.
The money, in your terminal
The deposit is taken by card or Bizum through Redsys, your bank's gateway, and goes into your account. Servomo never touches the money or takes a fee on it.
