Three notices, without messaging anyone

On booking, the confirmation arrives. The day before, the reminder with the option to confirm or cancel: if they can't come, you find out in time to give the slot to someone else. And an hour before, the final notice.

Most no-shows aren't bad faith, they're forgetfulness. An appointment booked three weeks ago gets lost between work and life; a message the day before brings it back to mind.

From your business's own number

The messages don't come from a Servomo number: they come from your business's WhatsApp, the one your customers already have saved. If they reply, the answer comes to you.

With a deposit, confirmation gets paid too

If you ask for a deposit, when you give the appointment you send a link to pay it; if they don't pay in time, the appointment cancels itself and the slot is free again. And 72 hours before you can ask them to confirm: if they don't, it's cancelled and they lose the deposit.
