Tickets for your parties and dinners, a QR membership card and member perks, with the money in the association's own terminal.
- Price
- €25 a month (€20 a month paying yearly) plus €250 per paid event, VAT not included, and 0% per ticket. Erasmus associations have their own plan: no fee and a percentage of what they sell, from 3% with no contract to 1.75% with a 4-year contract.
- Where the money goes
- Into the business's own card terminal (Redsys, with card and Bizum), in its name: Servomo never touches the funds and there's no payout to wait for.
- Best at
- A published price, the money in your own terminal and a legal invoice for every sale: TicketBAI in Bizkaia, Gipuzkoa and Álava and VERI*FACTU in the rest of Spain (not yet in Navarre).
Berrly
Member management software for clubs, associations and foundations: database, communications, payments and events. A good fit if you want members, fees and tickets in a single panel.

- Where the money goes
- Payments by direct debit, Stripe or card terminal.

- Where the money goes
- Straight into the organiser's Stripe, PayPal or Square account: it never touches the money.
- Best at
- Cheap tickets, where a small flat fee beats a percentage.
Eventbrite
Global events platform with a discovery marketplace. A good fit if you only sell one-off tickets and don't manage members.
- Price
- According to its pricing page on eventbrite.es: 6% per ticket (Essentials) or 9% + €0.19 (Professional), paid by the buyer by default; no fee for free events.
- Where the money goes
- Through its own payment gateway.
- Best at

- Price
- Free, or €2 or €4 per user a year on its Plus and Pro plans.
- Where the money goes
- According to what it publishes, it doesn't take payments or sell tickets.
- Best at
- Free internal communication with your members.
How to choose
If you want to know what you'll pay before you sell, rule out the ones that don't publish a price or ask for their offer in writing. If getting paid straight away matters to you, check whether the money goes into your own terminal or the platform's, and when it pays out. And if the buyer is going to pay a booking fee, check how much: it's what they see at checkout.
If your association collects fees all year round, check whether the platform also handles members and the membership card, or whether you'll end up with two tools. And if you only hold a few events a year, compare a flat fee per event with a percentage of sales.
Where the data comes from
For each platform we look at three things you can check: the published price (and who pays it), where the money from each ticket goes and what it's best at. If you spot something out of date, write to us and we'll fix it.
