How to sell tickets for your association's or club's party

The simplest way is a sales or sign-up link that people pay by Bizum or card, with the list of attendees up to date, a ticket with a QR code scanned at the door and the accounts balanced at the end. That way nobody on the committee has to collect cash or keep the list on paper.

One link for everything

A link shared by WhatsApp, social media or the members' email. Whoever wants to go signs up and pays there and then, at any time.

Getting paid without chasing anyone

If payment goes with the sign-up, there's no "I'll pay you later". And if the activity is free, the sign-up still tells you how many people are coming.

The list, always up to date

Who has signed up, how many places are left and who has paid, in real time. No spreadsheets passed from hand to hand.

At the door, a code and that's it

Everyone carries their ticket with a QR code on their phone. Whoever is on the door scans it and there's no need to search for names.

The accounts, balanced

When it's over you know how much was raised and how. It's what the committee and the accountant will ask you for.

ABK, an association in Barakaldo, signed up more than 900 people for its talo party this way.

Frequently asked questions

Can an association take ticket payments by Bizum?

Yes, with a card terminal in the association's name. The money goes straight to its account, with no middlemen.

What if the activity is free?

It works the same way, as a sign-up: it tells you how many people are coming, closes when capacity is reached and controls entry.

Servomo does all of this for you

Online tickets and lists, promoters with their own link and settlement, QR at the door and live capacity. The buyer pays no commission and the money goes straight to your account.
