5 mistakes that cost your Erasmus association members

1. The paper card

A cardboard card gets lost and lent out. A digital card on the phone, with whatever name you like (Erasmus Card, member card), is always with you.

2. Perks nobody knows about

The discounts agreed with the city's bars and shops are the reason to become a member. If they're only in an old post, nobody uses them. Make them visible when the card is opened.

3. Sign-ups by form

A form per trip, a spreadsheet per party and nobody knows how many places are left. One sign-up per activity, with capacity, closes itself when full.

4. Collecting cash

Chasing every student to pay for the trip is the most thankless part. With payment on sign-up, by Bizum or card, there's nobody to chase.

5. Not knowing who goes to what

Without data you don't know which activities work or who is an active member. With every sign-up recorded, you see it at a glance.
