The door

The door, with just a phone

Every ticket has its own QR. Your team scans it with their own phone, no devices needed: green if it's valid, red if it's already been used and amber if they're at the wrong door.

  • Several scanners at once, each one with its own door
  • No signal? The door keeps working
  • Every rejected attempt is logged
Live

Capacity, in real time

You know how many people are inside and how many tickets are left of each type, updated with every scan. No counting heads, no calling the door.

  • Online, box office and per-promoter sales
  • Guest lists in the same account
  • The night's report, ready at closing

The problem

Sound familiar?

Until six on Saturday you don't know how many people are coming

At a tardeo people decide at the last minute: you open without knowing if you'll fill up or be half empty.

The drink, with paper tokens or wristbands

And at closing time, balancing the bar without knowing how many drinks were really served.

The ticketing platform pays you weeks later

Someone else holds the money from your afternoon until they pay it out.

That's what Servomo is for. Here's what changes:

Businesses already using it say it

A relief for my business

I went for this app and I'm delighted. Any problem I run into with the app I report through WhatsApp, and they solve all my questions and all my problems on the spot. The service is a 10. On top of that, every so often they roll out new features. For me, a relief for my business.

Real, timely management

Managing appointments is super easy, my day is very organised with this app. It's a simple app, easy to understand, very intuitive and in Spanish. The best thing is that it's made here in Spain and its support is better than the well-known foreign ones, whose support is only in English and with machines you can't understand at all. Servomo has come to offer an easy, timely service in Spanish. I hope they keep growing.

What no ticketing platform gives you

Your event, turned into a social network

People don't just buy the ticket: they come back to the app before and after the event, and every photo they post is advertising for you among their friends.

A photo wall for every event

Ticket holders post their photos, react and comment on everyone else's.

Profile, @ and Instagram

Every guest has a profile, tags their friends and follows them.

See who's going

The guest list wins over the undecided, and you decide whether it's shown.

Your money

The money goes straight to your account

No middlemen. Every ticket is charged through your own card terminal and lands in your bank. Nobody holds your box office or pays it out weeks later.

Our commission, afterwards and separately: from 2 % to 4 % + VAT. We invoice it on what you sold, we don't take it out of your money. No monthly fee. From a one-year contract, the Premium Website and the setup are included.

See all the benefits

Online ticket sales

Sell tickets at scale from your event page: advance tickets, door tickets, tickets with a drink included or by time slot. Online payment by card, Google Pay and Bizum, with instant confirmation.

QR access control

Every ticket carries its own unique QR code. At the door it's scanned with a phone (no hardware) and validated instantly; a used ticket can't be reused. Several scanners at once for fast queues, and each one can be limited to the ticket types it should handle: the VIP door scanner won't accept a general ticket.

Real-time capacity

Track the event's capacity in real time: how many tickets have been sold, how many people have come in and how many spots are left, updated with every scan at the door.

Your customers' experience

Groups of friends with one link

When the purchase is done, your customer shares the invitation on WhatsApp. Each friend buys their ticket from that link, pays by card or Bizum and gets it with its QR. Everyone sees who is going, and you get more people without doing anything.

A name on every ticket

Whoever buys several can give each one a name and email: the friend gets theirs with its QR, PDF and wallet pass. At the door the scanner shows that name and who bought it, and they can add more tickets until sales close.

Pass the ticket to someone else

A ticket is transferred to another person with its own QR. Once they accept it, the old one stops working: no two people with the same ticket in the queue.

One group for every night

Your customers create a group with their friends, for one night or for all of them, and tell the group with a notification when they buy. Inside they see which nights each one is going to and, from six hours before, upload their photos of the night: an album per event, kept for a year, that brings them back to the next one.

A QR in the venue for photos

You put a QR at the bar, the toilets or the screens, the same one every night. Anyone who scans it during the party uploads their photos to that night's wall, with your brand, without looking for anything. If you want, you make one for a specific night with the text you choose at the top and bottom, and print it from the panel.

The door

Guest lists and free lists

Manage guest lists and free lists with a cut-off time: who is on the list, with how many plus-ones and whether they've already come in. The free list is checked just like a paid ticket.

Lists with time slots and age limits

Each list has its own entry slots with their price and minimum age. Times are counted from opening, so a night that crosses midnight still shows real times, and two slots can't overlap: at the door there are never two valid prices at once.

Security and incident control

Log what happens at the door and inside the venue: fights, thefts, banned items or ejections, with who, when and in which area. Rejected entries are logged automatically (a ticket already used, from another night or cancelled) and classified by severity, so the security team and the next shifts have it at hand.

Entry bans

You don't open the door again to someone you've thrown out. The ban is set on their email, ID or membership card, so it doesn't depend on how they spell their name: they can't buy a ticket again, the box office rejects them and, if they already had one, the scanner won't let them in. With its reason, its end date (or indefinite) and in the venue's history, so it doesn't depend on the doorman remembering.

The ticket, in the phone wallet

Your customer saves the ticket to Apple Wallet in one tap, with the QR inside. It's also attached to the email, so they can add it without visiting any website. At the door they take it out of their wallet instead of digging through their inbox with twenty people behind them, and they have it even if their phone runs out of data.

The door keeps working with no signal

Whatever you last looked up is saved on the phone, so you can see bookings and show codes even with no network. It tells you how old the copy is, so you know whether anything might have changed: old data passing itself off as current is worse than having none.

Box office and till

Sell at the door from the box office (cash or card), with a till per event and a count at closing. The box office stays available for past events until you close the till.

Bar and cloakroom with the QR

The bartender scans the ticket and instantly sees what that booking still has to redeem: the drink included in the ticket and the drink extras they bought. One tap per drink, two taps for two, and they see how many are left BEFORE serving. The cloakroom works the same with its tickets, on its own screen. Every redemption is signed with who served it and when, so the bar till adds up without relying on a wristband or a stamp.

Bar POS on the phone

Each bar is a POS that opens on the bartender's phone: categories, favourites at the top and "Home" always at hand, and two drinks are two taps without leaving the category. It charges in cash (with the change), by card terminal or with Bizum, each bartender signs in with their PIN and the manager voids, gives drinks on the house and closes the bar. The items are your products, so stock goes down by itself and supplier deliveries and the till are already done.

Venue roles

Share out the event work by email without giving access to your business: box office (sells at the door), door (scans and validates tickets), bar, cloakroom and promoters get their own panel with their email and only see their part. The door is handed out from the night itself, limited to that night or to all of them, to the gates they validate and to the ticket types that are theirs: the VIP queue one does not validate a general ticket. And you take it away whenever you want.

Pricing

Stop sales instantly

When you need to stop (capacity filled through another channel, a problem with the venue, a wrong price), you cut online sales for one night or all of them at once, with the reason shown to anyone trying to buy. Sales through your promoters' links are cut too. Nothing is cancelled: tickets already sold remain valid, and the box office and your promoters can still record what they take in cash.

Price tiers

Each ticket type can have several price tiers: €10 for the first 100, then €15 until 11pm and €20 at the door. When a tier sells out or its time passes, the next one kicks in automatically. You can add booking fees for the buyer, whatever you decide up to 10% of the price. On the same screen you see what the customer pays and what you keep.

Downloadable PDF ticket

Each ticket has its own link with the QR, and from there it downloads as a PDF. The promoter sends it by WhatsApp from their own phone to the person who has just paid them in cash: they don't need to give an email to get their ticket.

Sales and promotion

Promoters

Give each promoter their own sales and guest-list link. They see their sales without needing an account and every ticket is credited to the promoter who brought it, with per-event discounts if you want.

Promoter dashboard and outreach

Each promoter logs in with their email to their own dashboard: they see who they've brought, sell tickets in cash at the pre-party meet-up (deducting real capacity) and record the money they receive. And they can message all their people at once, offering several places and times to meet; each person taps the one that suits them and the promoter instantly sees who's coming and who isn't. Once they've chosen, the promoter can message only the people at one specific time: a change of place or an "I'm leaving in ten minutes" that reaches the people it affects, not the whole list, and without repeating it to those who already have their ticket in hand.

Promoter allocations

Split among your promoters what they can sell for each night and how much: limited tickets with their own price, guest lists or private areas. In their dashboard they see the number they have left, and when they run out they can no longer sell: you don't have to trust them to keep count.

Tickets reserved for your promoters

Mark a ticket type as limited and it no longer appears on the night's page: nobody can buy it online, only your promoters sell it in cash from their dashboard, with a separate allocation. Each promoter sees two different things, separated by colour: in orange their own, from that allocation, and in green the regular online ones, which they can also share with their link and are credited to them all the same. If the online ones sell out, theirs are still there, and vice versa.

Take back what your promoters haven't sold

Tickets allocated to a promoter are theirs until the end, but when the last stretch comes you can take back everything unsold in one go and return it to public capacity, and stop limited sales. Whatever each one has already sold is respected, so nobody is left with a paid ticket that stops being valid.

How many spots are left, and whose they are

In the night's dashboard you have the breakdown: how many are left for the public link, how many are in your promoters' hands and how many in total. That's what you need to decide how much capacity to open. The public page only shows the ones that can be bought there, so nobody sees 400 available and finds out they aren't.

Promoter settlements

Two separate balances for each promoter: what they owe you from the cash they collected and what you owe them in commission. You record what each one hands over and anything outstanding carries over to the next week. You can set a different percentage for what's sold through their link and for what's collected in cash, and decide whether they can see that percentage.

Promoter teams with a team leader

Organise your promoters into teams. Each team leader signs up their people from their phone (they send a link by WhatsApp and logging in is all it takes) and sees how each one is doing: people brought, tickets already handed out and cash collected. You don't have to manage sign-ups one by one, and revoking access is still yours alone.

Extras and promo codes

Add extras to the ticket (a drink, cloakroom…) and create promo codes with a percentage or fixed discount for campaigns and collaborations.

Safe ticket resale

Let people who can't make it resell their ticket to another customer in a controlled way, with a percentage for the venue. The original ticket is voided and a new valid one is issued, with no fraud.

Your venue and your customers

VIP tables and private areas

Publish your VIP zones and private areas with capacity, minimum spend and a deposit per table. The customer books and pays the deposit online; you see which tables are still free. VIP tables pay no commission.

Venue reports

Your nights compared, not one by one: monthly trends with attendance, money and average spend; which format works best with all your Thursdays together rather than as four separate events; how far in advance people buy (if 70% come in on the day itself, bringing the campaign forward won't help and what needs strengthening is the box office); how many were first-timers; and where the money comes in versus where the people come in, which isn't the same when the list is a third of capacity. It only counts nights that have already happened: one that hasn't happened yet has only sold part and would drag the average down.

CRM and nightlife marketing

Every sale feeds your customer base, with their consent. Send email campaigns to people who went to an event to fill the next one: your own marketing, no middlemen.

Events with capacity limits

Create events with a date and limited places: people sign up until capacity is reached, with no overbooking and no paper lists.

Shareable event page

Every event has its own page with a photo, details and a 3-step sign-up, ready to share on social media or WhatsApp.

What's new

A photo wall for every event

Every event has its wall: anyone with a ticket uploads photos, reacts and, if you turn it on, comments. Each person has a profile with their @ and Instagram, follows others, mentions them in photos and can appear in the who's going list. You decide whether people can comment, whether people without a ticket can see the wall and whether there's a who's going list, and you hide anything you don't want.

Scheduled campaigns with results

Write the campaign once and it goes out by itself in batches on the day and at the time you set, without burning your email address. Then you see person by person who received it, who clicked the link and who ended up buying.

A link for every place you advertise

Create a link for each promotional action, with its day and time, and see how many people come in through it, how long they stay, how many start to buy, how many drop off at payment and how many buy. So you know which ad fills the room and which doesn't.

Every buyer invites their friends

Below their purchase, each person gets their own link to share with friends and family, with the text you choose. They see how many came in and bought through theirs, and you see the list of who brought whom.

Your logo on every ticket

The PDF ticket and the phone wallet pass carry your business's logo next to Servomo's, with the date on its own line so it reads well at the door.

A reminder that the event is starting

An hour before, ticket holders get a notification on their phone. It reaches the people who signed up weeks ago and had forgotten.

Ideal for: Tardeo bars and venues, terraces, venues that open in the afternoon and daytime party organisers.

Questions

What people usually ask us

My tardeo is small, is it worth it?

Yes. There is no monthly fee: you only pay the commission per ticket sold, so a quiet afternoon costs you nothing.

Lots of people pay at the door, do I lose that?

No. The box office takes cash or card and adds to the same capacity and the same till as online sales.

Can Servomo sell tickets for a tardeo?

Yes. You sell advance tickets, door tickets or tickets with the drink included, and take payment by card, Google Pay and Bizum. Every ticket has its QR code, and the drink is redeemed at the bar with that same code.

Can I make entry free until a set time and paid after?

Yes. Each list has its entry slots with their price: free until a set time and paid from then on, for example. The list decides, not the doorman, and two slots can't overlap.

How does a group of friends buy?

One person buys and shares their group's link on WhatsApp. Each friend buys their ticket from there, pays by card or Bizum and everyone sees who's going. Inside the group they post the photos of the afternoon and tell each other about the next one.

How much does Servomo cost for a tardeo?

€0 a month, whatever the size of the venue. You only pay 4% + VAT of what you sell without a contract, or 3% with 1 year, 2.5% with 2 years, 2.25% with 3 years and 2% with 4 years. From a one-year contract the custom Premium Website and setup are included. The legal invoice for every sale is always included: TicketBAI in Bizkaia, Gipuzkoa and Álava and VERI*FACTU in the rest of Spain (not yet in Navarre).

When is the commission charged?

Every Monday the commission on the previous week's ticket sales is charged, with its invoice. If it is under €3, it rolls over to the following week.

Do I have to pay anything up front?

No. There is no monthly fee or per-event fee: you only pay the commission per ticket sold, so an afternoon with no sales costs you nothing.

Can I start without a contract and sign later?

Yes. You start at 4% with no commitment and, whenever you like, sign the years that suit you: from then on the contract rate applies and the Premium Website and setup are included.

We get it ready for you

Message us and we'll set it up with your next tardeo. We'll tell you the price, no strings attached.
