The software for your promotions company, wherever you put on your events
Every event with its tickets, its promoter team and its access control, in whatever venue. The ticket money goes straight into your account and the attendee base stays with you: €100 per event and 2% of what you collect.
Built for the day-to-day of a promoter
Your promoter team, with their commission calculated
Each with their own link and their sales in view
Each promoter has their own link to share, and everything sold through it is credited to their name. They see their sales in real time without needing an account or installing anything, and when the event closes you have the list of who sold how much and what they're owed. No more piecing together screenshots the next morning.
A new event in every venue, without starting from scratch
You change the place and the date, not the way you work
Publish each event with its venue, capacity, ticket types and prices: advance, door, with a drink or by time slot. If you repeat a format, you duplicate the previous one and only change what changes. All your events live in the same dashboard, even if each one is in a different city.
The money goes into your account
No held balance and no waiting for payouts
Tickets are charged through your own card terminal: card, Google Pay and Bizum, and the amount goes from the buyer to your bank without passing through Servomo. No held balance, no 30-day payouts and no high percentage per ticket: €100 per event and 2% of what you collect.
Ideal for: Promoters, collectives and organisers who put on their events in other people's venues, changing place and city, with their own promoter team.
And on top of that, all of this
The door, in a place that isn't yours
QR access control with a phone
No devices to buy and no depending on the venue
Every ticket carries its own unique QR and is validated with your team's phones: no hardware needed and nothing to ask of the venue's staff. A used ticket can't be reused, and several people can validate at once when the queue builds up.
Who can validate what
You give access to that night's doorman, not your whole dashboard
Give access to whoever is on the door that day: they can only scan, and can't see your sales or your data. You can limit it to a specific event or certain ticket types, and remove it when it's over without touching anything else.
Real-time capacity and attendance
How many people actually came in, not how many bought
As tickets are scanned you know how many have come in, how many are still to come and at what pace. It's the figure the venue asks you for its capacity, and the one that tells you, event after event, what percentage of buyers actually turn up.
Invitations and access list
Press, artists and commitments, checked the same way
An invitation is handled just like a paid ticket but at zero, with its QR and its holder. It works for the artist's list, the press or the venue's own commitments, so there's no longer a separate sheet of paper nobody controls.
Selling the ticket
Stop sales instantly
A switch, not unpublishing the event
When you need to stop (the line-up falls through, the venue's capacity changes, a wrong price), you cut online sales for one of your events or all of them at once, with the reason shown to anyone trying to buy. Sales through your promoters' links are cut too. Nothing is cancelled: what's already sold remains valid and the box office can still record what it takes in person.
The event page
A link you can paste anywhere
Every event has its own page with its poster, its information and its checkout, ready to paste on Instagram, in a WhatsApp group or on the venue's website. It works on mobile without anyone having to install anything or create an account to buy.
Tickets by release stage and extras
Early bird, second release and drinks
Set several price stages with their allocation, and add extras to the ticket such as a drink, cloakroom or a group pack. When a stage sells out the next one kicks in automatically, without you having to keep watch at midnight.
Resale between attendees
So a spare ticket doesn't end up with street touts
People who can't go resell their ticket within the platform: the old one is voided and the new one is issued in the buyer's name, so two people with the same QR never turn up at the door. You decide whether you allow it and on what terms.
Box office on the day of the event
What's sold at the door, in the same till
Sell at the door itself on the day of the event, in cash or by card, and have it go into the same till as what was sold online. At closing you have a single figure, not two different systems added up by hand.
Your audience and your numbers
The attendee base is yours
A promoter's asset is its people
Whoever buys a ticket for your event goes into your customer records, not those of a platform that then charges you to reach them. You can download it and tell them about the next event with your own email, and anyone who doesn't want it unsubscribes themselves.
Which event worked and which didn't
Comparable with each other, even in different venues
Sales by ticket type, day-by-day sales pace, how many of the buyers came in and what each promoter brought in. It's what decides whether a format is repeated, whether you change venue or whether the date was badly chosen.
Messages to ticket holders
A last-minute change that reaches the people it affects
If the time, the line-up or the venue changes, you tell everyone with a ticket for that event at once, and only them. No building a broadcast list by hand or hoping they see an Instagram story.
Legal invoicing included
TicketBAI and VERI*FACTU at no extra cost
Every payment generates its invoice in line with the region's regulations (TicketBAI and Batuz in Bizkaia, VERI*FACTU in the rest of Spain), without buying any extra module.
What's new
Scheduled campaigns with results
In batches, on the day and at the time you choose
Write the campaign once and it goes out by itself in batches on the day and at the time you set, without burning your email address. Then you see person by person who received it, who clicked the link and who ended up buying.
A link for every place you advertise
Your website, a poster, Instagram: each with its own numbers
Create a link for each promotional action, with its day and time, and see how many people come in through it, how long they stay, how many start to buy, how many drop off at payment and how many buy. So you know which ad fills the room and which doesn't.
Every buyer invites their friends
With their own link, and you see who brought whom
Below their purchase, each person gets their own link to share with friends and family, with the text you choose. They see how many came in and bought through theirs, and you see the list of who brought whom.
Your logo on every ticket
Your customer recognises your brand at the door
The PDF ticket and the phone wallet pass carry your business's logo next to Servomo's, with the date on its own line so it reads well at the door.
A reminder that the event is starting
Fewer people forgetting they had a ticket
An hour before, ticket holders get a notification on their phone. It reaches the people who signed up weeks ago and had forgotten.
Bans by email, ID or membership card
Whoever you threw out can't even buy again
The ban is set on their email, ID or membership card, so it doesn't depend on how they spell their name: they can't buy a ticket, the box office rejects them and, if they already had one, the scanner won't let them in. Every attempt is logged.

A contract lowers the monthly fee and the per-ticket rate.
| Contract | Discount | Per ticket | Per year |
|---|---|---|---|
| No commitment | — | 2 % | 1.200 € |
| 1 year | -5 % | 1,75 % | 1.140 € |
| 2 years | -10 % | 1,5 % | 1.080 € |
| 3 years | -15 % | 1,25 % | 1.020 € |
| 4 years | -20 % | 1 % | 960 € |
The discount applies with annual billing.
The percentage is paid by whoever receives the ticket money: if you collect it, you; if the venue collects it for that event, the venue. The same ticket is never charged twice, and nothing is charged to the buyer.
Prefer us to set it up for you?
There's no set-up fee because no two events are the same: tell us about yours (date, capacity, ticket types and how many entrances) and we'll send you a fixed quote, with a deposit if a date needs reserving. On the day, your own staff run the door with their phones: we leave everything set up and don't go to the venue.
Asking commits you to nothing. Prefer to set it up yourself? Create your free account.
We don't pay you out later and we don't keep your audience
Ticketing platforms collect the ticket money themselves and pay you weeks later, keeping a high percentage and the data of the people who came to your event. With Servomo the buyer pays your card terminal directly: the money never passes through us, so there's no payout to wait for. And the attendee list is yours and you can download it, which is what lets you fill the next event without depending on anyone. The 2% commission is paid by whoever receives the money: if you collect the ticket, you; if the venue collects it for that event, the venue.
Frequently asked questions
I don't have my own venue. Does it still work for me?
That's exactly what it's for. Each event has its venue, capacity and tickets, so you can put on events in a different place every week and have it all in the same dashboard. Access control is done by your team with their phones, without depending on the venue's staff.
Who pays the commission if the venue also collects part of it?
Whoever receives the ticket money pays it. If you collect it through your card terminal, the 2% is yours; if the venue collects the tickets for that event, it's the venue's. The same ticket is never charged twice, and nothing is ever charged to the buyer.
Do I need my own card terminal?
To take payment online, yes: the money goes straight from the buyer to your account, so you need a Redsys card terminal in your name, which you request from your bank. If you don't have one yet, you can use Servomo for free tickets, invitations and access control while you sort it out.
How much does it cost if I only put on one event a year?
€100 for that event and 2% of what you sell. There's no monthly fee and no lock-in, so a month without events costs nothing. And if you run lots of dates, the €1,200 annual plan gives you unlimited events: it pays off from event number 13.
I organise a festival for several thousand people. Is it the same price?
From 5,000 attendees per event we look at it with you instead of applying a rate. It's not about the price: a door of that size, often at a site where mobile coverage isn't reliable, needs specific preparation we'd rather discuss before committing to anything.
Can I run my events and my venue's in the same place?
Yes. If, as well as putting on events in other venues, you run a space of your own, the same account handles both, each event with its venue and its numbers kept separate. If your own space is the main thing (a hotel, an estate, a conference centre, a municipal sports hall) take a look at /eventos: it's the same product and the same price, but there it talks about your venue, your capacity and your doors instead of the venue you rent each week.
