An app made by businesses, for businesses
Servomo wasn't designed in an office. We went out on the street and visited more than 70 beauty salons, hair salons and barbershops, and their biggest problem was no-shows: we designed our own system to reduce cancellations by more than 80%. With the same method we later reached venues, promoters, associations and clubs.
In short: Servomo was born by visiting more than 70 beauty salons, hair salons and barbershops. Their biggest problem was no-shows and cancellations, so we designed our own system (deposit, WhatsApp reminders, confirmation with a deadline and late cancellation) to reduce them by more than 80%, with a flat fee and 0% commission per booking. For events, the money from every ticket goes straight to the business's card terminal, with no waiting for payouts, with software tailored to it, a custom website included with a contract of one year or more and a social network of its own for every business. Made in the Basque Country.
We started with a notebook and our trainers on. Instead of imagining what a business would want, we went and asked more than 70 businesses: beauty salons, hair salons and barbershops in Cruces, Barakaldo, Deusto and Bilbao. We sat down with barbers and beauticians, saw how they really worked and wrote down everything that annoyed them about their day to day and about the apps they already used.
The biggest pain was the same for nearly all of them: no-shows (appointments nobody turns up to) and last-minute cancellations. Each one is an hour of work that doesn't get paid and a slot nobody manages to fill.
That's why we designed our own system against them: a deposit when booking, WhatsApp reminders, confirmation with a deadline (if it isn't confirmed, the appointment cancels itself and the slot goes back to the calendar and the waiting list) and a late cancellation rule that each business sets. It's designed to reduce cancellations by more than 80%. And with no commission per booking: a flat fee and 100% of every appointment for the business.
That's our method: understanding the real problems of each business and building solutions adapted to them, in a personalised way. Every Servomo improvement comes from a real problem a business tells us about, not from a feature list.
That same method is what took us from the hair salon to events. There the pains were different: payouts, because with a ticketing platform the money from the sale goes through it and arrives later, and one-size-fits-all systems, the same for everyone, that the business has to adapt to. Servomo does it the other way round: the money from every ticket goes straight to the business's own card terminal, with no middlemen, and the software adapts to each business. With a contract of one year or more, the custom website and the setup are included.
And because we also see how their audience uses it, we build the website around the business and its users. That's why we've created a social network of its own for every events business: a photo wall for each event, profiles with @ and Instagram and the list of who's going. Today Servomo handles appointments, QR tickets and quotes on a single platform.
How we got here
A notebook and 70 businesses
Hair salons, barbershops and beauty salons in Cruces, Barakaldo, Deusto and Bilbao. We asked them what hurt in their day to day and in their apps.
A system against no-shows
Their biggest loss was appointments nobody turned up to and cancellations. Deposit, WhatsApp reminders, confirmation with a deadline and late cancellation, designed to reduce cancellations by more than 80%, and 0% commission per appointment.
Then came events
Venues, promoters, associations and clubs, tired of waiting for payouts and of systems that are the same for everyone. The money from every ticket, straight to their own card terminal, and the software adapted to each business, with a custom website included from a one-year contract.
A social network for every business
A photo wall for each event, profiles with @ and Instagram and who's going: their audience comes back before and after every event.
A Guinness World Record
On 18 October 2026, ABK sold with Servomo the 3,000 tickets for the world's longest talo with txistorra: 103.18 metres, sold out in 22 days.
Today
Appointments, tickets and quotes on a single platform, with an app on the App Store and Google Play. And every improvement still comes from a problem a business tells us about.
What they asked us for, and what we did
Our own system against no-shows
Appointments nobody turns up to and last-minute cancellations were the biggest loss for beauty businesses. That's why Servomo brings together a deposit when booking, WhatsApp reminders, confirmation with a deadline (if it isn't confirmed, the appointment cancels itself and the slot goes back to the calendar) and your own late cancellation rule. Designed to reduce cancellations by more than 80%.
0% commission on your appointments
Servomo charges no commission per booking. Whether you take 10 bookings or 500, you pay exactly the same: a flat fee. 100% of every appointment stays in your till.
Your money, without waiting for payouts
With a ticketing platform, the money from the sale goes through it and it pays you out later. With Servomo every ticket is charged on the business's own card terminal: the money goes straight into its account, with no middlemen, and the commission is small and published.
Tailored to your business and your audience
No one-size-fits-all systems: the software adapts to each business, and so does the website, designed for it and for the people who use it. That's why every events business has its own social network: a photo wall for each event, profiles with @ and Instagram and who's going.
