Your club's ticketing, without giving away half the gate
Selling the ticket, opening the gate and knowing how many people are inside shouldn't cost a double-digit percentage. You can start with no fee, paying only 3% of what you sell, or move to a fixed fee from €100/month with 2% per ticket that goes down to 1% if you sign for 4 years. It's settled every week.
What you'll use most
Built for match day
Ticket sales per match
The club publishes every fixture (league, cup, friendly or play-off) and puts it on sale online with general, concession, child or away rates, an allocation per area and a sales window. The season ticket holder's price is set match by match: if the season ticket covers the game, they get in without paying; for a knock-out tie, a member price is set, which the season ticket holder sees when they log in. Card, Google Pay and Bizum are accepted, and the ticket with its QR code is issued automatically. Each fixture inherits the areas and gates set up for the stadium, with no need to define them again during the season.
A scanner for every gate
Each gate of the stadium has its own validation link, identified and revocable, working from the gate staff's phone with no need to buy readers. Each scanner's scope is limited to its own gate: if a South Stand spectator turns up at the Main Stand, the system tells them which gate is theirs without using up their ticket. Several scanners can run at once to speed up the queue, and a ticket already validated can't be used a second time.
Real-time occupancy
Tickets sold, spectators already inside and capacity available, updated with every validation at the gate. The figure is available per match and per gate, which is the breakdown required when justifying occupancy to third parties.
Ideal for: Clubs in the Tercera and Segunda RFEF, Primera RFEF, regional teams, reserve teams and academies.
And on top of that, all this
Your members
Perks only the membership card unlocks
The club publishes on its page the perks agreed with shops and sponsors: a photo of the business, the discount in big letters and the link to use it. Non-season ticket holders see them locked, which is a selling point for the season ticket campaign; holders go straight in. The club writes them and switches them on whenever it wants.
Digital season ticket card
Every season ticket holder has their card on their phone, with a season QR code that gives access to every match without issuing a ticket and shows the gate staff their area and seat. The card isn't transferable: each member records a single entry per match. The design is customised with the club's colours and typography, and that's how each holder receives it. Each card also has its own counter by competition (League 12/19, Cup 1/3), with the option to exclude friendlies, and an alert for members who haven't attended for half the season.
The card, in the phone wallet
Season ticket holders save their card to Apple Wallet, with the QR code inside, and show it from their wallet without opening any app or searching for an email. If the club cancels it or bans them, the card is marked as invalid on their own phone: it doesn't depend on the member deleting anything. Gate control still rests with the scanner, so a phone with no signal doesn't open a revoked entry.
Season ticket campaigns and renewals
The club opens the season and renews all its season ticket holders in a single operation, keeping their member number, area and seat. Anyone who isn't yet a member can request a season ticket from the club's page, indicating the area they want, and the club decides whether to accept requests automatically or review each one. Payment is made online through the club's own card terminal and, until the season ticket is paid, it doesn't grant entry. No paper lists or manual payments at the office.
Renewal without a trip to the club
The season ticket holder identifies themselves with their ID and member number, renews, pays and keeps their seat, with no August queues or manual notes. If they can't attend a match, they release their seat from their phone: the club puts it back on sale at the price set for that stand and the card doesn't grant entry that day, so no holder finds their seat taken. Releasing counts as attendance, as a reward for letting the club know in advance.
Guest invitations
The club can let each season ticket holder get tickets for their companions, with the allocation set for each match: two for a league game and none for the derby, for example. Free or with whatever discount is decided. These tickets use capacity and area allocation like any other, so the authorised capacity is never exceeded, and they're issued both online and at the ticket window.
Loyalty promotion
The club sets a discount from whatever number of matches it considers, for example 20% from the tenth game, and it's applied automatically to whoever meets the requirement according to their loyalty counter. The count is the same one shown in the member's profile and includes the times they released their seat for resale. When it coincides with the season ticket holder's price, the most favourable one for the supporter is applied; discounts can't be combined.
Multi-match packs
A bundle of whichever fixtures the club decides at a joint price: the five September matches or the three derby games. The supporter makes a single payment and receives the ticket for each match with its QR code, on the same terms as if they had bought them separately.
Supporters' clubs and partners
Each supporters' club or partner organisation has its own sales link: it works without an account, can check what's been sold at any time and every ticket is credited to whoever handled it. With the option to give it its own per-match discount in recognition of its collaboration.
Match day
Stop sales instantly
When you need to stop (capacity filled through another channel, a problem with the ground, a wrong price), the club cuts online sales for one match or all of them at once, with the reason shown to anyone trying to buy. Nothing is cancelled: tickets already sold remain valid and the box office can still record what it takes in person.
Stadium areas
North end, south end, main stand, side stand and boxes, each area with its own capacity, price and corresponding gate. The setup is defined only once and every match inherits it. Supporters choose an area when they buy and the club sees the occupancy of each one.
Numbered seating
The club numbers the stadium by rows and seats and supporters pick their seat on the map: green for available, red for sold and grey for season ticket seats, which aren't put on sale even if they're free. During checkout the seat is held, so two people can't buy the same one. Numbering is optional: selling by area with no assigned seat is still available.
Match box office and till
Sales at the stadium box office on match day, in cash or by card, with a till per match and a count at closing. The box office stays open after the game until the till is closed.
Access accreditations
The club accredits its gate staff for the season, by type of match or for a specific fixture: all friendlies, the whole 26/27 season. Accreditation is done from the match itself, and each accredited person validates only at the gates assigned to them and for the ticket types that correspond to them: whoever is on the main stand gate doesn't validate a general stand ticket. For each match the club sees who's authorised and can revoke it on the spot without affecting the rest of the season.
Security and incident control
A record of incidents at the gates and in the stands, identifying the person and the moment. Rejected entries are logged automatically, distinguishing a wrong-gate mistake from an attempt to get in with a code from another match. Entry bans are enforced: the banned person's card doesn't grant entry until the date the club decides.
After the final whistle
Sales and occupancy dashboard
Tickets sold per match and per area, actual occupancy against capacity, each supporters' club's performance and how the season is going, month by month and with average spend per attendee. Which type of match fills up and which doesn't, how far in advance people buy (which decides whether a campaign arrives in time or whether match-day box office needs strengthening), how many attendees were first-timers and where the money comes in versus where the people come in. The data needed to report to the board and plan the next season ticket campaign.
Weekly settlement
Amount sold and commission accrued each week, on its own screen: the club knows the amount before it's charged and can reconcile it with what came into its card terminal. No unexpected charges at the end of the month.
A CRM owned by the club
Every sale adds the buyer to the club's supporter base, with prior consent. The club announces the next match to those who came to the last one and runs its own communications, with no middlemen and no cost to contact its own fans.
Resale between supporters
Supporters who can't attend resell their ticket in a controlled environment, with the percentage due to the club. The original ticket is voided and a new valid one is issued, which stops screenshots and duplicates circulating.

From 2% to 1% per ticket, settled every week
On ticketing sales, and paid by the club: supporters never see a percentage surcharge when they buy. It's settled weekly so the cost follows sales and there's no big charge at the end of the month. On €10.000 sold in a week that's €200 with no commitment, and €100 signing for four years.
If the club grows, it moves up on its own
You join based on membership and capacity, and move to the next tier as soon as you exceed any of the limits: season ticket holders, tickets for one game, tickets for the season or weekly turnover. It only goes up: a weak season won't drop you a tier mid-campaign.

What stays in the club
Ticketing platforms usually take between 3% and 12% of every ticket. With Servomo you choose: no fee and 3% of what you sell, or a fixed fee based on your membership and capacity with 2% that goes down to 1% with a contract, settled every week and not as one big charge at the end of the month. The rest of the gate money stays where it belongs. And your supporters' data belongs to the club: your CRM, your campaigns and your own match page, with no middlemen renting your own fans back to you.
Frequently asked questions
How much does Servomo cost for a football club?
There's a plan with no fee: €0 a month and 3% of what you sell, box office tickets included. And there's a fixed fee based on the size of the club: €100/month up to 1,000 season ticket holders and 3,000 spectators, €200/month up to 3,000 holders and 8,000 spectators, €300/month up to 8,000 holders and 15,000 spectators, and €500/month above that. With a fee, the percentage drops to 2% and down to 1% depending on the years you sign.
What do I gain by signing for several years?
Two things at once, which is why it pays off: the fee drops 20% with 4 years (and 5% with one), and the percentage per ticket drops from 2% to 1%. The discount comes with annual invoicing. If you'd rather not commit, you stay on the monthly fee with no discount.
How does the 2% commission work?
It's calculated on what you sell in ticketing and settled every week, so the cost is proportional to real volume and you don't get one big charge at the end of the month. The club pays it: supporters never see a percentage surcharge when they buy.
What happens if the club grows mid-season?
If you exceed the season ticket holders, the tickets for a match, the tickets for the season or the weekly turnover of your tier, you move up automatically to the right one. It only goes up: a weak season won't drop you down a tier mid-campaign; that's reviewed by hand.
Is the agreement monthly or by season?
By season. A club doesn't live in calendar months, it lives in campaigns, so the agreement is 12 months counted from the month YOURS starts. In football it's usually August or September, but you choose the month: if your competition starts in another, the season is counted from that one. Your renewal always falls with the campaign closed, not in the middle of the league.
What if we start with the season already under way?
It adapts. You only pay for the months left until the end of your season, not twelve from the day you sign up: if your campaign opens in September and you join in January, you pay eight. From then on it goes by full seasons. It's the usual case, because a club rarely changes system in pre-season.
Do we need to buy readers for the gates?
No. Each gate opens with its own scanning link from an ordinary phone, and you can have several at once so the queue doesn't stop. Each link can be named and revoked, so last year's doesn't work this year.
Is our supporters' data ours?
Yes. The CRM, the campaigns and each match page belong to the club. Servomo doesn't resell or rent out your supporter base, and you can export it whenever you want.
