What you'll use most

Built for the day-to-day of a festival

Passes and day tickets

One ticket that's valid for three days and gets in three times

Sell the full pass and the single-day ticket on the same page, each with its own allocation and price. The pass is validated each day without being used up: the system knows it came in on Friday and lets it in on Saturday. And with price stages, so the early bird closes on its own when it reaches its allocation without anyone keeping watch at midnight.

Accreditations for artists, press and production

No more paper list at the backstage door

Each accreditation is a QR with its holder and its scope: who gets into backstage, who into production and who only onto the site. They're sent by email, withdrawn one by one if someone leaves the team, and validated at the door just like a ticket, without anyone having to recognise faces.

Several entrances, each with its own

The camping gate isn't the arena gate

Each entrance validates only what belongs to it: site, camping, VIP area or backstage. Anyone who comes to the wrong one gets an amber notice telling them where to go in (not a red rejection) and their ticket isn't used up, because getting the wrong queue isn't trying to sneak in.

Ideal for: Festivals and events over several days or with several entrances, with passes, production accreditations and their own sales team.

And on top of that, all of this

The door and the site

QR access control with a phone

No turnstiles or readers to buy

Every ticket, pass or accreditation carries its own unique QR and is validated with your team's phones. As many people can scan at once as you have entrances, and each scan is credited to its post and its time.

Real-time capacity and attendance

How many people are inside, day by day

As tickets are scanned you know how many have come in, through which entrance and at what pace. It's the figure the town council or the body that authorises the event asks you for, and the one that tells you how many pass holders turned up on Sunday.

Incidents and bans

What happens on site is on record

Log what happens during the festival with its area, severity and who reported it, and ban a person from entry for the rest of the event. Rejected entries are logged automatically, without anyone having to write them down in a notebook.

On-site box office

What's sold at the gate goes into the same till

Sell tickets and passes at the box office itself, in cash or by card, and have it add up with what was sold online. At the close of each day you have a single figure, not two different systems added up by hand.

Sell and fill up

Stop sales instantly

A switch, not unpublishing the festival

When you need to stop (a pass sells out through another channel, capacity changes, a wrong price), you cut online sales for one day or for the whole festival, with the reason shown to anyone trying to buy. Sales through your partners' links are cut too. Nothing is cancelled: what's already sold remains valid and the on-site box office can still record what it takes in person.

The festival page

One link for the line-up, social media and the press

Your festival has its own page with the line-up, the dates, practical information and the checkout. It works on mobile without anyone having to install anything or create an account to buy, which is where half of all sales are lost.

Promoters and partners

Each with their own link and their sales in view

Hand out their own links to your promoters, partner shops or the collectives that sell tickets for you in another city. Every sale is credited to whoever brought it, and at closing you know who sold how much without asking anyone for screenshots.

Resale between attendees

So a spare pass doesn't end up with street touts

People who can't go resell their pass within the platform: the old one is voided and the new one is issued in the buyer's name, so two people with the same QR never turn up at the gate. You decide whether you allow it and on what terms.

Messages to ticket holders

A schedule change that reaches the people it affects

If a set time moves, an artist cancels or something changes on site, you tell everyone with a ticket at once, and only them. No building a broadcast list by hand or hoping they see an Instagram story.

Your audience and your numbers

The attendee base is yours

Next year's edition fills up with it

Whoever buys a ticket goes into your customer records, not those of a platform that then charges you to reach them. You can download it and open next year's sales by telling the people who already came first, which is how you sell a pass in January.

Numbers by day and by type

Which day pulled and which didn't, with data

Sales by ticket type and stage, week-by-week sales pace, how many of the buyers came in and what each partner brought in. It's what decides the line-up, the price and the dates of the next edition.

Legal invoicing included

TicketBAI and VERI*FACTU at no extra cost

Every payment generates its invoice in line with the region's regulations (TicketBAI and Batuz in Bizkaia, VERI*FACTU in the rest of Spain), without buying any extra module.

What's new

Scheduled campaigns with results

In batches, on the day and at the time you choose

Write the campaign once and it goes out by itself in batches on the day and at the time you set, without burning your email address. Then you see person by person who received it, who clicked the link and who ended up buying.

A link for every place you advertise

Your website, a poster, Instagram: each with its own numbers

Create a link for each promotional action, with its day and time, and see how many people come in through it, how long they stay, how many start to buy, how many drop off at payment and how many buy. So you know which ad fills the room and which doesn't.

Every buyer invites their friends

With their own link, and you see who brought whom

Below their purchase, each person gets their own link to share with friends and family, with the text you choose. They see how many came in and bought through theirs, and you see the list of who brought whom.

Your logo on every ticket

Your customer recognises your brand at the door

The PDF ticket and the phone wallet pass carry your business's logo next to Servomo's, with the date on its own line so it reads well at the door.

A reminder that the event is starting

Fewer people forgetting they had a ticket

An hour before, ticket holders get a notification on their phone. It reaches the people who signed up weeks ago and had forgotten.

Bans by email, ID or membership card

Whoever you threw out can't even buy again

The ban is set on their email, ID or membership card, so it doesn't depend on how they spell their name: they can't buy a ticket, the box office rejects them and, if they already had one, the scanner won't let them in. Every attempt is logged.

The percentage is paid by whoever receives the ticket money: if you collect it, you; if the venue collects it for that event, the venue. The same ticket is never charged twice, and nothing is charged to the buyer.

Without having to set it up yourself

Prefer us to set it up for you?

There's no set-up fee because no two events are the same: tell us about yours (date, capacity, ticket types and how many entrances) and we'll send you a fixed quote, with a deposit if a date needs reserving. On the day, your own staff run the door with their phones: we leave everything set up and don't go to the venue.

Asking commits you to nothing. Prefer to set it up yourself? Create your free account.

Your festival's money shouldn't be in someone else's account

Ticketing platforms collect the ticket money themselves and pay you weeks later, just when you have to pay artist fees, production and suppliers. With Servomo the buyer pays your card terminal directly: the money never passes through us, so there's no payout to wait for and no held balance. And the attendee base is yours and you can download it, which for a festival that comes back every year is literally the project's main asset. The 2% commission is paid by whoever receives the ticket money.

Frequently asked questions

Is the pass used up when they come in on the first day?

No. A pass is valid for its days and is validated on each one without being used up: if it came in on Friday, it gets in on Saturday too. And if you also sell single-day tickets, each one is valid only for its own day.

My site is a field with no mobile coverage. Does it work?

Not entirely today, and we'd rather say so up front: each validation checks with the server, so at a site without reliable coverage the door suffers. We have offline scanning planned but not built. If your site has its own wifi or a stable network, it works today; if not, talk to us before signing up and we'll tell you honestly whether we can handle your case.

How much does it cost?

€100 per event and 2% of what you collect for tickets, with no monthly fee and no lock-in, or €1,200/year with unlimited events if you run more than one a month. From 5,000 attendees we look at it with you instead of applying a rate.

When do I get the ticket money?

As tickets sell. The buyer pays your card terminal directly, so the money is in your account from day one and there's no later payout to wait for. It's the difference you notice most when you have to pay artist fees and production before the festival.

Can I give accreditations to artists and press?

Yes, and with a different scope for each group: site, backstage or production. Each has its QR and its holder, they're sent by email and can be withdrawn one by one if someone leaves the team.

I run the festival at a third party's site. Can control be shared?

Yes. You can give the site's team access only to scan at their gate, without them seeing your sales or your data. And if the site collects the tickets instead of you, the commission is paid by whoever receives the money.
