The software for your event venue
Tickets and invitations for every event, QR access control, real-time capacity and invoicing. It works the same for what you organise and for what whoever rents your space organises. No monthly fee: you pay €100 per published event plus 2% per ticket, and if you'd rather not touch anything we set it up and run it for you.
Built for the day-to-day of an event venue
One event, its capacity and its tickets
Each event runs on its own, not all on the same list
Publish each event with its date, capacity and ticket or invitation types: general, concession, with a drink, by time slot or free. It's sold from its own page, with payment by card, Google Pay and Bizum, and instant confirmation.
QR access control
No more printed list at the entrance
Every ticket or invitation carries its own unique QR, and at the door it's validated with a phone: no devices to buy and no relying on someone crossing names off a sheet of paper. A used ticket can't be reused, and several people can validate at once when the queue builds up.
Third-party events that rent your space
The organiser manages their part without phoning you
When you're not the organiser, the promoter logs in with their email to their own dashboard and handles their tickets and guests, while you keep control of capacity and the door. Each event stays separate, so at the end of the month you know what each one brought in.
Ideal for: Hotels, estates, casinos, castles, wineries, social and sports clubs, conference centres and any venue that organises events or rents its space to third parties.
And on top of that, all of this
The door and capacity
Real-time capacity
Know how many people are inside without guessing
Capacity updates with every scan: how many tickets have been sold, how many people have come in and how much space is left. It's the figure you're asked for when an inspection comes, and the one that keeps you from exceeding the venue's limit.
Invitations and access list
Protocol guests, checked just like a ticket
An invitation is handled just like a paid ticket, but at zero: with its QR, its holder and their companions. It works for the protocol of a ceremony, a sponsor's guests or the event's own staff.
Several doors and entrances
Each door validates its own
If the venue has more than one entrance, each scanner can be limited to its door and the ticket types it handles: someone with a terrace ticket doesn't get in through the main hall. And when in doubt, entry is allowed, because a false rejection leaves out someone who has paid.
Incidents and bans
What happens at the door is on record
Log what happens during the event with its area, severity and who reported it, and ban a person from entry with an end date or indefinitely. Rejected entries are logged automatically, without anyone having to write them down.
Payments and invoicing
Stop sales instantly
A switch, not unpublishing the event
When you need to stop (capacity filled through another channel, a problem with the venue, a wrong price), you cut online sales for one event or all of them at once, with the reason shown to anyone trying to buy. Nothing is cancelled: tickets already sold remain valid and the box office can still record what it takes in person.
Online payment with Bizum
The money goes from the attendee to your card terminal, no middlemen
Each venue charges with its own card terminal: the money goes straight from the attendee to your account and Servomo never touches it. Card, Google Pay and Bizum, with 2% per ticket sold paid by the venue, never by the buyer.
Event box office and till
Close the till without reconciling tickets by hand
Sell at the door itself on the day of the event (cash or card), with its own till and a count at closing. The box office stays open for a past event until you close the till, so nothing goes unrecorded.
Legal invoicing included
TicketBAI and VERI*FACTU at no extra cost
Every payment generates its invoice in line with the region's regulations (TicketBAI and Batuz in Bizkaia, VERI*FACTU in the rest of Spain), without buying any extra module or changing software.
Who comes and what works
The attendee list is yours
The platform doesn't keep it
Whoever buys a ticket for your event goes into your customer records, not those of a platform that then charges you to reach them. You can tell them about the next event with your own email, and anyone who doesn't want it unsubscribes themselves.
Statistics per event
What filled up and what didn't, with numbers
Sales by ticket type, sales pace per day, how many of the buyers actually came in and comparisons between events. It's what decides whether the next one is repeated or changed.
Messages to ticket holders
A last-minute change that reaches the people it affects
Message everyone with a ticket for an event at once: a change of room, a new time or where to park. They read it on their ticket page, without needing an account.
What's new
Scheduled campaigns with results
In batches, on the day and at the time you choose
Write the campaign once and it goes out by itself in batches on the day and at the time you set, without burning your email address. Then you see person by person who received it, who clicked the link and who ended up buying.
A link for every place you advertise
Your website, a poster, Instagram: each with its own numbers
Create a link for each promotional action, with its day and time, and see how many people come in through it, how long they stay, how many start to buy, how many drop off at payment and how many buy. So you know which ad fills the room and which doesn't.
Every buyer invites their friends
With their own link, and you see who brought whom
Below their purchase, each person gets their own link to share with friends and family, with the text you choose. They see how many came in and bought through theirs, and you see the list of who brought whom.
Your logo on every ticket
Your customer recognises your brand at the door
The PDF ticket and the phone wallet pass carry your business's logo next to Servomo's, with the date on its own line so it reads well at the door.
A reminder that the event is starting
Fewer people forgetting they had a ticket
An hour before, ticket holders get a notification on their phone. It reaches the people who signed up weeks ago and had forgotten.
Bans by email, ID or membership card
Whoever you threw out can't even buy again
The ban is set on their email, ID or membership card, so it doesn't depend on how they spell their name: they can't buy a ticket, the box office rejects them and, if they already had one, the scanner won't let them in. Every attempt is logged.

We set it up for you
Fixed quote
Tell us about the event and we'll send it over. A three-day conference with accreditations is not a street party.
- We set up the whole event: tickets, rates, capacity, zones and doors
- We design the sales page with your branding and your sponsors'
- Accreditations and protocol invitations, with their QR and companions
- Our staff at the door on the day of the event, with the scanners set up
- A box office at the venue itself for people who arrive without a ticket

A contract lowers the monthly fee and the per-ticket rate.
| Contract | Discount | Per ticket | Per year |
|---|---|---|---|
| No commitment | — | 2 % | 1.200 € |
| 1 year | -5 % | 1,75 % | 1.140 € |
| 2 years | -10 % | 1,5 % | 1.080 € |
| 3 years | -15 % | 1,25 % | 1.020 € |
| 4 years | -20 % | 1 % | 960 € |
The discount applies with annual billing.
The percentage is paid by the venue on what it sells. Nothing is charged to the ticket buyer: they pay the price on the poster, full stop.
Prefer us to set it up for you?
There's no set-up fee because no two events are the same: tell us about yours (date, capacity, ticket types and how many entrances) and we'll send you a fixed quote, with a deposit if a date needs reserving. On the day, your own staff run the door with their phones: we leave everything set up and don't go to the venue.
Asking commits you to nothing. Prefer to set it up yourself? Create your free account.
An event isn't a table booking
A hotel's or restaurant's management software can handle bookings, but it can't sell tickets or control who gets into a specific event. And ticketing platforms take a high percentage of every ticket and keep the attendees' data. With Servomo there's no monthly fee: you pay €100 per event you publish plus 2% of what you sell, so a month with nothing programmed costs you nothing. And the attendee list is yours.
Frequently asked questions
I have a conference centre (or a hotel, an estate, a municipal sports hall). Is this my page?
Yes. What matters is who owns the space: if the venue is yours (a hotel, estate, castle, winery, conference centre, sports centre or a town council square) this is your page, because what you control is capacity and the doors. If you don't have a space and put on your events in someone else's venue, yours is /promotoras; and if what you set up is a temporary site over several days with passes and accreditations, /festivales.
Does it work if I don't organise the event, but whoever rents the space from me does?
Yes, it's one of the cases it was designed for. The organiser logs in with their email to their own dashboard and handles their tickets and guests, while the venue keeps control of capacity and the door. Each event stays separate, so you know what each one brought in.
Do I need to buy any device for access control?
No. Tickets are validated with an ordinary phone camera, and several people can validate at once. No turnstiles, readers or hardware licences.
Can I hand out free invitations?
Yes. An invitation works just like a paid ticket but at zero euros: it has its QR, its holder and their companions, and it's checked at the door the same way. Invitations pay no commission.
What commission does Servomo charge?
2% per ticket sold, paid by the venue and never by the attendee. Free invitations and space bookings pay no commission. The money goes straight from the buyer to the venue's own card terminal: Servomo doesn't handle the payments.
How much does Servomo cost for an event venue?
€100 per published event, excluding VAT, plus 2% of what you charge for tickets. There's no monthly fee and no lock-in: a venue that holds four events a year pays four times, not twelve. A free event pays no fee, and legal invoicing is included.
What if we programme a lot of events a year?
Then the annual plan works out better: €1,200/year with UNLIMITED events, plus the same 2% per ticket. The break-even point is twelve events, so from event number 13 it pays off: if you programme more than one a month, go annual. And for many public venues something else matters more: it's a single amount to close in the year's budget, instead of an item that changes every month.
What if I'd rather you set it up and run it?
Then we send you a quote. Tell us about the event (date, capacity, ticket types, how many entrances and whether you want our staff at the door) and we'll send you a fixed quote, with a deposit if a date needs reserving. We don't publish a rate because no two events are the same: a three-day conference with accreditations is nothing like a street party, and a fixed price can only be wrong in one of the two directions.
Do I pay anything for a free event?
No. The fee is charged for putting an event on sale, so an event with no paid tickets pays nothing even if you use capacity control and the access QR codes. It's the most common case in a public venue, and charging for it would be charging for nothing.
Does it issue invoices in line with the regulations?
Yes, at no extra cost. In Bizkaia it issues under TicketBAI and Batuz, and in the rest of Spain under VERI*FACTU. There's no need to buy a separate module.
Can I tell attendees about a last-minute change?
Yes. You can message everyone with a ticket for an event at once, and they read it on their ticket page even if they don't have a Servomo account. It works for a change of room, a new time or parking instructions.
