Your basketball club's ticketing
Selling the ticket, opening the arena door and knowing how many people are inside. You can start with no fee, paying 3% of what you sell, or move to a fixed fee from €100/month with 2% per ticket that goes down to 1% if you sign for 4 years. It's settled every week, without waiting to be paid out at the end of the month.
What you'll use most
Built for match day
Every game, with its tickets and its season ticket holders
The club publishes every game and puts it on sale with its rates (general, concession, child), its allocation per area and its sales window. What season ticket holders pay is decided game by game: in the regular season the season ticket usually covers the ticket, and for a play-off a member price is set, which the holder sees when they log in. Payment by card, Google Pay and Bizum, and the ticket comes with its QR. Areas and doors are set up once and every game inherits them, so publishing the next game takes two minutes.
The arena door, with a phone
Each entrance has its own revocable validation link that works from the phone of whoever is on the door: no account, nothing to install and no devices to buy. Several can be opened at once when the queue builds up, and a ticket already validated can't get in twice. If someone turns up at the wrong entrance, they're shown theirs without using up their ticket.
Double-headers without the confusion
Each game has its own capacity, tickets and door, even when there are two on the same day in the same arena. You see tickets sold, who has already come in and how much capacity is left, updated with every validation and broken down by game, which is how occupancy is justified when someone asks for it.
Ideal for: LEB Oro and LEB Plata clubs, the women's league, Primera FEB, regional leagues, youth academies and training clubs with their own arena.
And on top of that, all this
Your season ticket holders
Perks only the membership card unlocks
The club publishes on its page the perks agreed with local shops and sponsors: the photo, the discount in big letters and the link to use it. Non-season ticket holders see them locked, which is one more argument in the season ticket campaign; holders go straight in. The club writes them and switches them on whenever it wants.
Digital season ticket card
Every season ticket holder carries their card on their phone, with a season QR that gives them access to every game without issuing a ticket and shows their area and seat at the door if the club uses them. It isn't transferable: each member gets in once per game. The design is customised with the club's colours, and each card has its counter by competition so you know who comes and who hasn't turned up for half the season.
Season ticket campaigns and renewals
The club opens the season and renews all its season ticket holders at once, keeping their member number and seat. Anyone who isn't one yet can request it from the club's page, and the club decides whether to accept automatically or review each request. Payment goes to the club's own card terminal and, until the season ticket is paid, the card doesn't open the door. No more paper lists in September.
Renew without going to the club
The season ticket holder identifies themselves with their ID and member number, renews and pays without a trip. If they can't make it one weekend, they release their seat from their phone: the club puts it back on sale and their card doesn't open the door that day, so nobody finds their seat taken. Releasing counts as attendance, because letting the club know deserves a reward.
Multi-game packs
Whichever games the club wants at a joint price: the four November home games, or the derby plus the next two. The supporter pays once and receives the ticket for each game with its QR, just as if they had bought them separately.
Sell and get paid
Stop sales instantly
When you need to stop (the arena filled up another way, the game is postponed, a wrong price), the club cuts online sales for one game or all of them at once, with the reason shown to anyone trying to buy. Nothing is cancelled: tickets already sold remain valid and the box office can still record what it takes in person.
Online ticket sales
Sell paid tickets with types (Early Bird, General, VIP), quotas and sales windows. Money goes straight to your own merchant TPV (card and Bizum) and the QR ticket is issued automatically.
Price tiers
The same ticket at one price or another depending on when it is bought: €10 until Thursday and €15 after that, or until the first hundred run out. It switches on its own at the time you set.
Box office & live analytics
Sell at the door from the panel (cash or your card terminal) with an instant QR ticket, and follow sales by channel, revenue and check-ins live.
Shareable event page
Every event gets its own page with photo, details and a 3-step signup, ready to share on social media or WhatsApp.
Fill the arena
Partners and groups
Each partner, school or youth club has its own sales link: it works without an account, can see at any time what it has sold and every ticket is credited to its name. With the option to give it its own per-game discount.
Promoter panel and broadcast
Each promoter signs in with their email: they sell tickets in person, log the cash they collect and message all of their people at once with several places and times to meet. Each one taps the one that suits them, and afterwards the promoter can message just one time slot.
WhatsApp alerts for attendees
Confirmation on signup, a reminder the day before and an automatic notice if the event is cancelled.
Attendee CRM & campaigns
Your attendee base builds itself, without duplicates. Send email campaigns per event or to everyone, only to those who gave consent, with one-click unsubscribe.

From 2% to 1% per ticket, settled every week
On ticketing sales, and paid by the club: supporters never see a percentage surcharge when they buy. It's settled weekly so the cost follows sales and there's no big charge at the end of the month. On €10.000 sold in a week that's €200 with no commitment, and €100 signing for four years.
If the club grows, it moves up on its own
You join based on membership and capacity, and move to the next tier as soon as you exceed any of the limits: season ticket holders, tickets for one game, tickets for the season or weekly turnover. It only goes up: a weak season won't drop you a tier mid-campaign.

An arena isn't a stadium, and the software shows it
Ticketing platforms usually take between 3% and 12% of every ticket, and they're designed for venues with thousands of spectators. A LEB or women's league club fills between three hundred and three thousand seats, sometimes plays two games in one weekend between the first team and the youth teams, and doesn't have an office open all week to sell season tickets. With Servomo you choose: no fee and 3% of what you sell, or a fixed fee based on your membership and capacity with 2% that goes down to 1% with a contract, settled every week; and the money for each ticket goes straight into the club's account: there's no payout to wait for. Your supporters' data is yours.
Frequently asked questions
How much does Servomo cost for a basketball club?
The same tiers as any club. There's a plan with no fee (€0/month and 3% of what you sell, box office included) and a fixed fee based on membership and capacity, from €100/month, with 2% that goes down to 1% depending on the years you sign, settled every week. Most arena clubs fall into the first tier.
We play two games in the same weekend. Is that a problem?
No: each game is independent, with its own capacity, tickets, rates and door, even if they're on the same day in the same arena. Season ticket holders get into the games their season ticket covers and each game's tickets are counted separately.
Our arena isn't numbered. Does it still work?
Yes. Numbered seats are optional: you can sell by area without seats, or with no areas at all, with a single capacity. A season ticket holder's seat can be noted as free text if you keep track of it by hand.
Who collects the ticket money?
The club. The money goes from the buyer straight to the club's card terminal, so there's no payout to wait for and nobody holding on to your takings. Servomo charges its percentage to the club on what's sold, never to the supporter: in Servomo there are no booking fees for the buyer.
Can we start mid-season?
Yes. The remaining games are loaded, the season ticket campaign opens with the members you already have and the digital card starts working at the next game. There's no need to wait until September.
